楊榮宗待在官邸警衛室　逃過洩密罪

【呂志明／台北報導】檢察總長黃世銘在關說案尚未偵結前，2度前往總統官邸向總統馬英九報告案情，今遭台北地檢署起訴，至於當時開車載著黃前往官邸的特偵組組長楊榮宗，因當時都待在官邸警衛室，沒有與黃一同向總統面報，因此僥倖逃過一劫，獲不起訴。

北檢為了釐清當時向總統面報的人有幾位，以被告身分傳喚黃世銘到案時，同時也以證人身分命黃具結，詢問當天在場的是否還有其他檢察官。

當時黃世銘明確證稱，8月31日、9月1日2次前往官邸，都是由楊榮宗開車載他前往，但楊僅待在官邸警衛室，沒有一同面見總統。

檢察官認為，楊榮宗既然都沒有與總統會面，當然也沒有將偵查秘密洩漏給總統，因此沒有涉犯《刑法》洩密罪。
