名醫跨海殺小三　判刑11年定讞

【劉昌松／台北報導】和信醫院血液腫瘤科前醫師黃麟傑婚後，因到中國大連市開會，和當地飯店服務生秦亞楠發生婚外情，4年前黃懷疑秦女批腿，到中國和秦女開飯店，大玩SM後，用從醫院帶去，屬於4級毒品的麻醉劑「咪達唑崙」迷昏秦女後，拿毛巾塞住秦女的嘴巴，將秦女全身綑綁住，秦女因無力掙脫窒息而死，最高法院依殺人罪判黃徒刑11年，褫奪公權8年定讞。

高院審理認為，黃是高級知識份子，先是婚外情出軌，又不滿感情、金錢受騙而生殺機，竟利用懸壺濟世的醫師管道，取得管制藥品，在和婚外情對象爆發激烈口角後行兇，但考量黃已經賠償家屬新台幣5百萬元，及人民幣20萬元，依殺人罪判黃徒刑11年，褫奪公權8年。

至於黃另於犯後偷走秦女皮包內錢財，也被依竊盜罪判刑4個月，得易科罰金，全案經上訴最高法院駁回定讞。
