洩密？　台聯：北檢應續追江揆、羅智強刑責

【林修卉╱台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，今偵查終結，依洩密罪起訴黃世銘。台聯黨主席黃昆輝表示，黃世銘應立即下台，接受司法調查；馬英九總統拿著黃世銘提供的報告和行政院江宜樺、當時的總統府秘書長羅智強討論，已涉洩密共犯，北檢署應繼續追究其刑責。

黃昆輝說，黃世銘洩密案已進入司法程序，馬英九和黃世銘的通聯紀錄一定要公布接受調查，並呼籲法務部自己不能知法玩法，包庇黃世銘及馬英九。
