涉威力纖禁藥案　云丰副執行長收押

【張欽、賴又嘉／台北報導】國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女、菁茵荋工司股東連惠心涉「威力纖Plus」含禁藥案，負責製造「威力纖Plus」的云丰生技副執行長林明融昨主動到案，檢方訊後懷疑他明知產品含禁藥還製造、輸入，且有共犯未到案，認為有串證之虞，今晨依違反《藥事法》向法院聲請羈押獲准。
 
台北地院認定林涉犯《藥事法》嫌疑重大，有事實足認林有勾串共犯及證人之虞，有羈押必要，因此將林裁定羈押禁見。
 
檢調查出，林明融疑似居中牽線，促成連惠心入股的菁茵荋與云丰合作，由於云丰製造的威力纖、威力纖Plus、7Slim等產品成分幾乎相同，形同「換湯不換藥」，且均含禁藥，另搜到的金享受與威力纖也有相同成分，檢調懷疑林明知產品含禁藥成分還製造、販售，再加上仍有共犯未到案，訊後向法院聲押。
