【短片】連惠心律師：連對公司狀況不清楚

【法庭中心／台北報導】台北地檢署今天傍晚以《藥事法》被告身分，傳喚國民黨榮譽主席、茵菁荋股東連惠心出庭，連惠心於晚間穿著綠色運動外套，在3名律師、4名隨扈陪同下步入台北地檢署應訊，素顏的她，面色看來略顯蒼白。

連惠心的委任律師之一趙培宏受訪稱，連惠心是與檢方連絡多次後，自行到庭說明，並指雖傳喚時間已晚，且連惠心有3個小孩在家，仍出庭應訊，並尊重檢方調查。至於連惠心是否是以被告身分應訊？趙培宏僅說，「若律師陪同進入偵查庭，就是被告身分」，因律師方文宣陪同連應訊，間接證實連惠心遭以被告身分約談。

對於《壹週刊》指威力纖早在今年2月被驗出含禁藥，趙培宏僅說，連惠心對公司情形不清楚，但因詳細狀況牽涉檢方偵查，不方便多做評論。
