碩士中小教師占43%　未來小學老師加註英語專長

去年有幾位老師通過檢定？教育部在30日公布中華民國師資培育統計年報，顯示101學年度，通過教師資格檢定的比率達到61%。

為配合12年國教，教育部成立師資培育與藝術教育司，且去(2014)年高中以下學校的幼兒園教師資格檢定，通過人數為5,608人，通過率為61.78%。教師資格檢定通過率連年升高，顯示這些檢定都是公正、公開、客觀。不過包含幼兒園在內，公立高中以下之學校教師甄選應試者為41,952人，錄取者為4,845人。

值得注意的是，接下來五年內將在擁有24個班級以上的國中小設置2,045名專任輔導教師。而在職教師具有碩士學位者占43.75%，具博士學位者占1.09%。

為提升國民小學教師之專業素養、強化其專業知能，以因應社會發展及實際教學需要，教育部逐步推動「國小教師證加註各領域專長」，首先從加註英語專長開始，2012起共計有630位國民小學在職教師加註英語專長證書。
