三商美邦賣樓　聚陽砸28.2億元買

【劉曉霞／台北報導】三商美邦人壽持有的「太平第一大樓」，以28.2億元出售3~8樓給成衣大廠聚陽實業，出售面積約3430.88坪，含70個坡道平面車位，換算下來，土地建物每坪約103萬元，停車位約260萬元。

瑞普國際物業董事長曾東茂表示，「太平第一大樓」位於信義區，該大樓產權單純，所有權人僅兆豐銀行、中國人壽及三商美邦人壽，加上大樓所處精華地段，未來前景看好。永慶資產管理協理黃增福表示，目前東區商辦價格已突破每坪百萬行情，因此成交價格與市場行情相當。

據實價登錄及上市櫃公司公告，信義區近年商辦交易以「遠雄金融中心」平均成交單價約每坪185萬元，總價2.9億元最貴。
