看準台中地區在地悠閒型的消費型態，中信金旗下中信銀與勤美集團宣布，將於11月1日推出百貨聯名卡，也為中信銀百貨聯名卡版圖補上中部區塊，明年還將發行台南夢時代聯名卡。中信銀總經理陳佳文預估，台中勤美天地聯名卡到明年底發卡可達10萬張。

雖然不像台新銀行及新光銀行有新光三越、遠東商銀有大遠百的全省連鎖百貨聯名卡，不過，陳佳文說，中信銀百貨聯名卡向來以「在地化深耕」為經營目標，在北部TAIPEI 101夜光卡、大葉高島屋聯名卡、友愛百貨聯名卡；南部也與漢神百貨聯名卡，又以漢神卡發卡40萬張最多，而台中勤美天地聯名卡的加入，也讓中信銀百貨聯名卡版圖漸趨完整。

他並指出，中信銀信用卡在大台中地區逾55萬戶的卡友以購物、餐飲、休閒類為主的消費偏好，恰好符合勤美集團事業群經營樣貌，藉由發行勤美天地聯名卡，進一步提供大台中地區消費者更實質的消費優惠與刷卡回饋。

中信銀表示，這張聯名卡鎖定25-40歲的消費族群，其中，更主打女性客層，且體貼台中民眾偏好日本旅遊，因此，這次勤美聯名卡推出JCB晶緻卡以及白金卡。

同時，持卡人除了在勤美天地商場獨家享有百貨、餐飲、飯店等折扣優惠，同時並享有不限刷卡金額最高3小時免費停車以及紅利點數、勤美天地推出的晴天會員卡積點雙重累積的專享禮遇。

此外，中信銀表示，因應COSTCO卡年底到期推出的美國運通聯名卡，截至目前已有30萬張的發卡量，換卡順利。
