馬英九：確保十九全安全及尊嚴

對於中常委擔心國民黨十九全可能出現丟鞋抗議情形。國民黨主席馬英九表示，一定會確保出席人員安全跟尊嚴。他並說，雖然跟這些團體對話有些困難，過去也已經努力過了；但他都樂於傾聽、對話，有些事不是中央政府層級能夠處理，有的則是已在處理，現在對話要看對方意願。

對於十九全維安。據了解，馬英九希望維持平常心，不要過度維安。國民黨尊重民眾表達意見權利，建議設置「意見表達區」，但整體維安部屬是由警方規畫，國民黨尊重警方的專業。
