男子小吃店順手偷客人皮包被捕

【朱俊彥／台中報導】29 日晚間11時許，台中市1名戴姓男子(33歲，竊盜、妨礙公務等前科)到進德街1家小吃店用餐，順手偷走黃姓婦人(49歲)放在店內，內有800元現金的化粧包。得手後，準備離開該店，被害人回家發現皮皮遺失，打電話給店家，店家向警方報案，警方據報派員前往處理，正好在門口遇到戴男，見他神情慌張，上前盤查，在戴男口袋內起出黃女被偷的化妝包。

戴男先辯稱，是黃女交由他保管，後又改口說是撿到的不是偷，供詞反覆。警方訊後依竊盜罪嫌將他移送法辦。
