【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】澳洲一名30多歲女公務員在2007年一次出差時，於飯店內做愛期間，不幸被掉落的燈罩打到受傷，這名女公務員申請職災賠償，但今日法院判敗訴。

2007年這名女公務員前往外地出差，由於女子所住的飯店與男友居住地相距不遠，當天晚上女子就和男友在飯店內做愛。但房間的燈罩突然掉落，打中女子臉部，導致女子受傷，更讓女子患上憂鬱症，讓她不能繼續在政府部門內工作，因此申請職災賠償。不過今日法院裁定，判女子敗訴，不得領取賠償金。
