請問一下大家，上個月老闆答應讓我每個月加薪六千元，不過老闆娘知道了以後不太滿意，所以派公司的企管顧問來和我談，說只能給我加兩千元，剩下的四千就是去購買增額終身壽險(六年期) 公司為要保人，我為被保人，離職之後要保人改為我，我覺得這樣的方式很不妥，不過我也想不出有甚麼方案可以提出，所以想要請教一下各位，若以這樣的情況，有甚麼替代方案可以提出呢? 感謝各位。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.102.58
