大統退休準備金不足　勞委會：政院今協調

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】爆發食用油品問題的大統長基公司傳出舊制退休準備金嚴重不足，餘額僅剩3.4萬元。勞委會主委潘世偉上午在立院社環委員會備詢時，表示今天行政院將開會來協調消費者和勞工權益問題，因大統長基目前有資金被扣在檢察機關，希望彰化縣府能協調讓僱主申請把部分款項挪做為勞工退休準備金之用。

勞委會調查，大統長基的舊制勞退準備金餘額只有3.4萬元，但該公司209名勞工中，有42名本國籍勞工適用勞退舊制，其中有6人已符合退休資格，所需退休金估計就要至少600萬元，若所有舊制勞工都須退休或資遣，所需資金更要2千萬元以上。

另外，潘世偉也重申，大統的停工事由並非經濟因素，依法不能實施無薪假，不會同意該公司無薪假申請，工資都必須照給勞工。
