看守所崩潰2次　謝依涵跪母泣「我很抱歉」

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新北市八里雙屍命案一審士林地院經半年審理，昨判處媽媽嘴咖啡店前店長謝依涵死刑，成為台北女子看守所唯一在押死囚。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，其委任律師鄭凱鴻透露，謝女心防高，很多事情都埋心裡，被押近8個月真正崩潰僅2次，第1次是測謊沒過，拜託以親筆代替口說，寫下殺人自白書；第2次是起訴後謝母到看守所會客，她兩腿一跪哭說：「我很抱歉！」母女隔著玻璃窗痛哭。

謝母與男友輪流會客，她平時見人未語先笑、輕聲細語，很有人緣。她在所內成為基督徒，曾向管理員自承：「我做了錯事。」
