美終止制裁古巴案　聯大壓倒性通過

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】第68屆聯合國大會29日再次以壓倒性多數通過決議，要求美國立即終止對古巴長達半個世紀的經濟、商業和金融封鎖。

聯大當天以188票贊成、2票反對、3票棄權的結果通過必須終止美國對古巴的經濟、商業和金融封鎖決議，只有美國和以色列投了反對票。這是聯大連續22年通過類似決議要求美國結束對古巴制裁。古巴外長羅德里格斯猛烈抨擊美國對古巴的制裁，指責美國對古巴的封鎖毫無法律和道德依據，令古巴長期蒙受重大損失。

1959年古巴革命勝利後，美國政府對古巴採取敵視態度。1961年美國雇傭軍入侵古巴失敗後，美國和古巴斷絕外交關係。美國從1962年開始對古巴進行全面封鎖，禁止與古巴的進出口貿易。
