砸12億　比薩斜塔扶正2.5公分

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】義大利著名地標比薩斜塔「扶正」有成，最新修繕報告指出，比薩斜塔2001年迄今，扶正了2.5公分，但代價高達12億元台幣。

56公尺高的比薩斜塔1990年起每年約傾斜1公釐，專家展開12年修復計劃，加強固定基座，挖隧道排除塔底積水，並在四周加上巨大的固定鋼纜。最新報告顯示，斜塔扶正2.5公分後，未來2、300年應無倒塌之虞。

但比薩斜塔改「斜」歸「正」到底是福是禍，恐怕還很難說。尤其對當地居民來說，這個著名地標恐將失去最大賣點。比薩斜塔每年可吸引6百萬人次觀光客到比薩市，其中更有半數即3百萬人次會買票登塔觀光。比薩市長菲利普西說：「市民很樂意看到斜塔修復，但卻不太願意看到它被『扶正』」！
