吸引中東投資　英擬發行伊斯蘭債券

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】英國首相卡麥隆29日在倫敦舉行的世界伊斯蘭經濟論壇上表示，英國將成為首個發行伊斯蘭債券的西方國家，並計劃在倫敦證券交易所推出伊斯蘭市場指數，以吸引更多的中東投資者。

卡麥隆表示，吸引來自伊斯蘭世界的投資，對於英國的金融產業來說，是一個千載難逢的好機會。目前英國吸引到的來自伊斯蘭世界的投資在7年內上漲了150%，明年投資總額將有望超過1.3兆英鎊。英國財政大臣奧斯本表示，英國財政部希望在明年初發行名為「sukuk」的伊斯蘭債券，價值2億英鎊。

英國《金融時報》的文章分析指出，這一最新動向表明英國的政策制定者正在為金融危機畫上句號，為倫敦金融城開展新業務創造條件。上周英國央行行長馬克卡尼預測，到2050年英國銀行業的資產可能將增至國內生產總值（GDP）的9倍。他表示，如果監管得當，如此大規模的金融服務業並不令其擔憂。
