法官批謝依涵　「謀財之切、殺意甚堅」

【丁牧群／台北報導】士林地院今下午5時判決八里雙屍命案兇手謝依涵死刑，並在判決中痛批謝女對「已遭迷昏猶如嬰兒般無法抵抗的被害人」痛下毒手，可見她手段兇殘。
 
合議庭指出，謝女與被害人陳進福夫妻並無冤仇，甚至交情匪淺，從她決定對陳夫妻下藥、下藥迷昏、把被害人帶到紅樹林的過程中，有足夠時間打消殺人犯意，或再想想有無必要為了錢而殺人，但她最後執意侵奪2條人命，足證她「謀財之切、殺意甚堅」，求其生而不可得，應處死刑。
