食藥署：至今仍無法準確檢驗銅葉綠素

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛福部食品藥物管理署雖持續檢驗油品，但檢驗卻遇到瓶頸，研檢組表示，其實該組至今仍無法準確檢驗銅葉綠素，因為台灣目前沒有銅葉綠素的標準樣本，評估可能要由該署自行研發或委外製造，後續對銅葉綠素的檢驗才能進行。

食藥署日前共抽樣271件油品進行檢驗，已有88件進一步完成脂肪酸比對，但至今沒有1件檢測銅葉綠素，因無銅葉綠素標準樣本。研檢組表示，88件中有30件的脂肪酸比對異常，地方衛生局再次前往原製造稽查時，也將檢視其銅葉綠素的進出貨紀錄有無異常，要透過這種交叉稽查方式，才可比對出油品有無添加銅葉綠素。
