酒醉家中鬧事男罵警「哭夭」　老婆作證送辦

【王勇超／高雄報導】高市一名吳姓男子（50歲）心情不好在家中喝啤酒消愁，酒後竟摔家具、罵三字經，女兒（23歲）勸阻反被責罵，只好報警處理。

轄區楠梓分局警網到達瞭解，發現未達家暴案件程度，但因需填寫工作紀錄，需詢問女兒及吳男姓名，吳不理會警方問話，警方只好找上吳妻詢問吳男名字的寫法，問出名字後，一名警員再問吳男：「請問你的出生年月日？」吳男竟罵警員：「哭么！」

警方認定吳男出言侮辱正在執行勤務的制服警員，依妨害公務罪嫌將他帶回派出所。吳男辯稱，那句「哭么！」不是針對警察，「我是在罵女兒！」但吳妻作證指出，她聽到吳男脫口罵警方：「哭么！」吳男隔天酒醒後，向警方表達歉意，但仍被依妨害公務罪嫌送辦。
