關島熱低壓恐成颱 待觀察

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北28日電）中央氣象局說，關島附近海面的熱帶性低氣壓，不排除今天增強為颱風，但對台灣的影響仍待觀察。

氣象局觀測，這個熱帶性低氣壓清晨距離台灣東南東方還有2500公里，以每小時15公里速度，朝西北西行進。1021028
