退貨湧盤商 政院：明開會討論

　大統黑心油事件爆發，消費者忙退貨，中盤商代墊高額退貨款項，30多家盤家籌組自救會，希望政府協助求償。行政院秘書長陳威仁今天表示，行政院已注意到相關問題，明天上午院內針對近期發生的油品混充事件開會因應時，將討論消費者退貨等問題。
