【郭寶懃╱台北報導】第3季預售屋與新成屋的銷售率比預期差太多，根據《住展》雜誌與信義代銷研展組的市場調查分析，8月台北市預售屋與新成屋售出352戶、銷售率27.31％，但9月僅售出129戶、銷售率僅8.62％，下跌逾18個百分點。

信義代銷協理林朝倉指出，外在因素不確定多，許多消費者採取觀望，因此第3季與第4季的變化不大，頂多第4季可能會比第3季熱絡些，例如因為聖誕節與過年等等，年底前會有一波買氣，第4季銷售要看個案表現。
明德科技大學副教授花敬群說，第3季銷售下滑主要是外在壓力大，例如QE即將退場與奢侈稅不確定的問題，投資預售市場的投資客非常敏感，交易觀望，使得整體交易萎縮。
