國防科技研發以產業需求導向 發展軍民通用科技

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北廿三日電）國防部長嚴明今天在立法院表示，國防部持續落實政府振興經濟及提昇產業競爭力的政策指導，並依國防法第22條「獲得武器裝備，以自製為優先」要求，結合國內產、官、學、研技術能量，致力國防科技研發，並以產業需求為導向，轉化發展軍民通用科技。

　嚴部長上午出席立院做「一０三年施政計畫」報告時，提出上述說明。

　部長指出，明年度的「武器自製」與「軍品研發」等預算，國防部共編列152億1,224萬8千元，執行「後續IDF戰機性能提昇」、「獵雷艦二階段」及「裝步戰鬥車」等案。

嚴部長強調，國防部將藉由國防資源釋商及工業合作機制，提昇國內科技與工業技術能量，強化國防自主與經濟成長動能的軍民雙效價值。
