嚴明：戮力推動兵役制度轉型 建構可恃戰力

（軍聞社記者郭家良臺北廿三日電）國防部長嚴明今天上午出席立法院外交及國防委員會時表示，為肆應未來戰爭需求，國防部將戮力推動組織調整及兵役制度轉型，建構「量適、質精、戰力強」的國防組織與兵力結構。

　嚴部長指出，國防部在明年度的人員維持費，共計編列「薪餉」、「各項加給」及「主副食與口糧」等預算1,504億200萬元；同時，將逐年精簡高司幕僚，充實基層及招募志願役人力補充常備部隊，使國軍常備部隊漸進由志願役擔任，打造堅實可恃戰力。

　部長強調，「募兵制」執行驗證階段已陳奉行政院核定展延至民國一０五年底，期間將持續徵集八十二年次（含以前）部份役男入營服常備兵役，並在行政院「推動募兵制專案小組」指導下，整合各部會機關職能，強化招募及留營誘因，確維國軍兵力穩固，有效達成「募兵制」政策目標。
