立委建議提撥罰鍰3%-5%給檢舉人

立委吳育仁上午在立法院社福衛環委員會質詢時表示，大統假油事件爆發後，有多名大統長基公司員工出面檢舉公司刻薄、苛待員工及製造假油的內幕，對案情偵辦有很大幫助，因此呼籲政府對檢舉爆料員工資料應保密，保障員工安全及工作不受影響，並提撥罰鍰的3%-5%當檢舉獎金，以鼓勵檢舉不法。

針對吳育仁質詢，衛生福利部次長許銘能表示，非常贊同立委建議，將會同各縣市環保局研究提高檢舉獎金及保障檢舉人權益等措施。
