嚴明證實 規劃P-3C反潛機飛南海巡弋

國防部長嚴明上午在立法院透露，國軍有規劃由新採購的P-3C反潛機前往南海巡弋，不會自我設限，但他強調，空軍將研議在C-130H運輸機執行人道救援時，由P-3C採取掩護的措施。他也認為，C-130H運輸機可以降落在太平島，P-3C也可以。

國民黨立委林郁方上午在外交及國防委員會質詢，面對越南等國採購基洛級潛艦，強調P-3C留空時間與航程都很長，足以飛往南沙太平島周邊海域執行反潛任務。
