黃色小鴨底座下水 明清晨充氣

黃色小鴨預計明天清晨5時充氣下水，組裝底座人員從今天早上7時到後湖塘準備，超過10小時才成功讓底座下水。

晚間，後湖塘風勢高達8級，還是有不少民眾特地趕來，民眾以為工作人員在幫小鴨充氣，冒冷吹風、守候，不少人無視封鎖線，拉起布條進入拍照。
