高振利欲脫產？ 立委爆料大統更改付款方式

立委趙天麟（中）今晚召開記者會，並出示他所持有的大統長基油品公司負責人高振利涉嫌脫產的關鍵證物。

立委趙天麟今晚召開記者會指出，就在大統長基負責人高振利財產遭到扣押以及市府對這家油品送驗同時，高振利卻要求所有客戶更改付款方式，涉嫌脫產；他呼籲檢方應再傳訊高振利，甚至將高羈押。

彰化檢方說，大順公司是大統長基食品的子公司，不在扣押的範圍，涉嫌違法的對象，只是大統長基公司。有立委質疑大統要脫產，因大順公司目前尚未發生不法，檢方將先了解，必要時會採取應有的作為。

趙天麟表示，他是在今天下午三點廿六分接獲檢舉指出，高振利透過大統長基子公司大順製油公司發文給所有客戶，要求客戶即日起原付款方式為匯款者，改開立支票，支票勿指名抬頭，勿蓋禁背（禁止背書轉讓）。
