法不爽被美監聽　要歐巴馬「講明白」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】傳出美國情報局「越界」監聽法國境內數千萬通電話，對此，法國總統歐蘭德相當不高興，今日稍早表示對於美方的舉動「相當不能接受」(deep disapproval)，認為會傷害美法之間的盟友關係，希望美國總統歐巴馬能「說清楚、講明白」。

歐巴馬則致電給歐蘭德說，他抱怨部份情報局活動是遭到法國媒體「曲解」，表示美方已開始對收集情報的方法進行審查，強調美方關切「人人皆享有的隱私」，希望能在合法性和對人民與盟友的安全考量之間作出平衡。
