【胡治言／綜合報導】立委李昆澤昨批評，手機撥市話每分鐘約4元多至8元多，但市話打到美國每分鐘4到5.9元，「打電話到幾百公尺近的辦公室，話費竟比打到千里遠的美國要貴」，質疑費率合理性。

《蘋果》報導，立法院交通委員會昨通過提案要求國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）在3個月內要業者降價3成。NCC指會持續關注檢討。消基會副祕書長林宗男表示，「沒有這麼貴的道理」，NCC應拿出魄力，要求各家電信業者調降。
