阿里巴巴傳仍有意在香港上市

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】儘管周日爆出阿里巴巴已與美國2大交易所紐約證交所與納斯達克交易所接洽的消息，顯示阿里巴巴的確有意赴美IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行），但中國《第一財經日報》引述消息人士報導指出，此舉並不代表阿里巴巴已選定美國，而放棄在香港上市。

消息人士透露，對於阿里巴巴來說，香港的監管環境更熟悉，估值與投資人的認可度更高，「香港的窗口並未關閉，目前仍是最適合上市的首選地點，赴美上市只是阿里巴巴IPO的B計劃」。
