監管機構索賠次貸損失　美銀恐賠60億美元

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦住房金融局（Federal Housing Finance Agency，FHFA）持續追討次貸風暴造成的損失。繼摩根大通（JPMORGAN CHASE & Co.）同意支付40億美元（1179億元台幣）罰金後，傳同樣涉嫌誤導兩房投資的美國銀行（Bank of America）也遭索賠至少60億美元（1769億元台幣）的罰金。

FHFA負責監管俗稱「兩房」的美國2大房貸機構房地美（Freddie Mac）與房利美（Fannie Mae）。FHFA在2年前對美國銀行在內共18家銀行提告，指控這些銀行違法銷售價值2000億美元（5.9兆元台幣）的房貸抵押證券（Mortgage-Backed Securities，MBS）給兩房。

據英國《金融時報》報導，在所有遭提告的銀行中，美國銀行可能面臨最高的求償額度，因為該行涉及違規出售的MBS超過570億美元（1.68兆元台幣），遠高於摩根大通的330億美元（9729億元台幣）。
