選手團體服質料差影響成績　北市遭批

【許麗珍／台北報導】曾參加全運會、拿到北市首面金牌的鐵人三項選手的張嘉家，父親張勝凱向北市議員應曉薇陳情，全運會鐵人三項比賽中，自行車賽可讓選手自選運動衣，但游泳、跑步卻須穿著縣市政府提供的選手團體服，北市府提供的團體服質料太差、導致其女兒比賽成績受影響。

張勝凱表示，北市府提供的團體服因吸水力強，女兒參加游泳賽時，團體服吸水後變重，跑步時也因下雨、團體服吸水，致速度變慢，結果女兒2天賽程下來，第1天因穿著團體服，第1天的總成績比第2天多出10分鐘，他要求游泳與跑步賽也能比照自行車賽，開放選手自己選擇運動衣。

北市府對此回應，因全運會有各縣市選手參賽，因此規定選手須穿各縣市提供的團體服。
