彰檢兵分多路　查扣大統及高振利名下資產

【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基食品公司生產黑心油、大賺黑心財，為避免大統長基公司及代表人高振利脫產，讓消費者求償無門，彰化地檢署認定大統長基及代表人高振利涉嫌違反食品衛生管理法、刑法詐欺取財罪嫌，賺取不法所得，發出扣押命令，凍結大統公司及高振利名下財產。

彰檢目前已凍結大統及高振利在台灣銀行等１２家銀行開立的全部帳戶、保管箱，包括活期、定期、支票、綜合、黃金及其他帳戶，禁止提款、轉帳、扣款及其他給付及支出。

彰檢另外針對大統長基公司及高振利名下的不動產，向地政事務機關聲請禁止任何移轉、轉讓及處分，其中包括大統公司名下土地１０筆、房屋３筆，以及高振利名下土地１０筆、房屋６筆。

此外，彰檢主任檢察官林漢強率檢察官葉建成再到大統公司查扣棉籽油，總計１０３０公噸。

檢察鄭智文、戴連宏、李秀玲等三人，則分頭到台北市追查大統公司使用的銅葉綠素、香精及棉籽油等來源。
