各位前輩們安小弟目前在一間中小行的公司(約120人) 當測試工程師(RD部門) 目前在這已經待了三年剛進來時是應徵韌體工程師，但因為沒碰過程式語言所以被轉調成測試，變成邊測試邊學習寫寫簡單的MCU來做測試 MCU(C Code)約莫寫了半年後主管開始要我使用Labview來測試程式開發所以之後的一年又使用了Labview來寫測試程式。然後又因為部門人手不足，新的開發專案又不用很強的程式語言所以主管又叫我寫了半年的MCU.... 專案完成後我以為我可以再次成為韌體工程師時又被叫去繼續寫Labview測試程式~.~ 所以目前的經歷為: 1年的韌體工程師(自己設計電路自己Layout) 2年的測試工程師(沒前輩領導，自己寫自己開發機台) 最近有興起跳槽的慾望，請問以我的資歷跳出去會好找工作嗎?? 目前薪資為42K，一年約可領到20個月上下覺得自己什麼都會但是什麼都不專精，很怕出去人家問我專精什麼 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.10.145
