美國已故總統甘迺迪（John F. Kennedy）於今年(2013)11月22日正好是他遇刺50周年。近日，有一本新書揭露了一項不為人知的秘密，指稱甘迺迪總統死後，腦袋竟不翼而飛，且偷走腦袋的竊賊很可能就是甘迺迪總統的弟弟羅伯（Robert Kennedy）。

根據美國《紐約郵報》(The New Yourk Post)報導，即將在下個月出版的新書《生前末日》(End Of Days: The Assassination Of John F. Kennedy；暫譯)爆料，美國已故總統甘迺迪在1963年11月22日遇刺身亡，當時為了驗屍，相關單位將甘迺迪的腦袋放入一個不鏽鋼容器，並存放在情報單位的檔案櫃中，但詭異的事件發生了，甘迺迪的腦袋竟然消失不見。

這本書的作家史旺森（James Swanson）在書中揭露，其實偷走甘迺迪腦袋的竊賊不是別人，正是甘迺迪的弟弟羅伯，當時他正擔任司法部長。經過史旺森考證，種種證據紛紛指向羅伯，他深信羅伯這麼做是為了隱瞞哥哥甘迺迪生前的病情，以及服用大量藥物的情形。
