南鐵案 自救會盼議會助辦聽證會 　記者吳孟珉／台南報導 　 繼日前遞狀控告便衣員警後，反鐵路東移自救會暨南鐵居住正義青年 小組二十一日將再至議會前發聲，希望議會協助舉辦聽證會。 市府方面則展開家戶拜訪，面對面逐一聽取拆遷戶意見。 　 自救會會長蘇俊文十八日至台南地檢署遞狀，控告日前市府座談會時 有便衣員警故意推倒他受傷。 　 二十一日起市議會開始進行議員市政總質詢，自救會及聲援學生決定 至議會前舉行記者會，要求市府遵守資訊公開法，勿再迴避南鐵的爭 議，並召開聽證一一釐清爭議。 　 自救會要求公共事務、居民參與，認為聽證會才是現階段最急迫需要 的討論方式，呼籲市府依行政程序法立即召開聽證會，不要再以「與 法無據」的「逐戶拜訪」企圖粉飾太平。 　 自救會並訴求議會以台南市議會聽證辦法來協助舉辦聽證，不要縱容 市府消極迴避，並請市府出席參與。 　 另市府方面則展開家戶拜訪，由民政、都發、地政、工務等單位編組 ，聽取並蒐集拆遷戶對鐵路地下化工程及照顧住宅方案的意見。另視 個案狀況，若有特殊需求則加入社福及醫藥相關諮詢及協助。 　 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131021/news/nxyzh/T90016002013102018153551.htm -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.88.123.244 ※ 編輯: TianlonG 來自: 125.88.123.244 (10/21 12:32)
