台商向年輕人招手　西進菜鳥職缺2年增3成

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】104人力銀行今天公布統計，今年1到7月平均每月有約1萬個職缺的工作地點在中國大陸，和往年相當，其中徵才條件仍以年資5到7年的「中生代」為需求主力，有2507個職缺，占1/4。不過104人力銀行觀察也發現，年資要求在1年以下或不限工作經驗的「菜鳥職缺」達2444個，比2年前同期1859個成長了32％。

104資訊科技集團行銷處協理陳力孑分析，台商西進25年，主管職缺多已在地化，陸續進用大陸幹部，因此中階主管需求減少，但隨著近年台資服務業西進，使得企業對年輕族群的需求量提升，台灣員工到對岸工作的穩定性高於當地員工，因此台資企業樂於向台灣年輕人招手。
