請問我查了離婚規定一般來說是 1.簽離婚協議書 2.到戶籍地戶政事務所辦理戶籍遷出但我的問題是我老婆不是台灣人是香港人而且我們常年住在香港我老婆跟本沒有遷入我家的戶籍請問是不是可以簽個聲明書由我全權代理辦理事宜就好? 還是一定要我老婆去戶政事務所辦理? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.210.5.21
