看電影偷摸辣妹腿　工程師遭活逮

【胡治言／綜合報導】新竹縣劉姓科技工程師，前晚在竹市鬧區一家電影院看電影時，見鄰座19歲吳姓女高中生穿著火辣短褲，趁女生看電影看得入神，撫摸短褲妹大腿，吳女在男友耳邊說「旁邊有變態！」男友氣得質問，劉雖不斷道歉，因短褲妹堅持提告。

《蘋果》報導，警方調查，嫌犯劉冠青（39歲）是新竹縣一家科技公司工程師，卻有性騷擾前科，今年5月31日就曾在華納威秀電影院內，打開褲襠遛鳥打手槍，還伸手摸一旁女客人大腿，被依公然猥褻罪，判處拘役59天。警方昨依違反《性騷擾防治法》移送，檢察官裁定將劉男三萬元交保。
