女主動獻身挽不回男友　怒告性侵

【胡治言／綜合報導】中市一名陳姓女子，為挽回蔡姓前男友，邀對方享用燭光晚餐後，再到摩鐵開房間，豈料事後男子只說兩人是砲友關係，女怒告性侵，蔡男自認遭誣陷「加倍奉還」，將交往期間的親蜜照傳給好友，女子獲悉後加碼二度提告。

《蘋果》報導，警方指出，上個月初陳女報案，稱遭蔡男帶到摩鐵硬上，說雙方只是「友達以上、戀人未滿」的砲友關係。蔡男到案後指出，兩人因個性不合分手，陳女多次想挽回，當晚是對方邀他到餐廳共進燭光晚餐，並到摩鐵嘿咻，後來陳女提復合，遭他回絕，沒想到會被告。

蔡男應訊後越想越氣，決定加倍奉還，將與陳女合拍穿著清涼、但未露點的親密照傳給好友看；陳女獲知，又加碼控告對方妨害祕密。警方訊後將全案依妨害性自主、妨害祕密罪嫌送辦。
