最高法院假處分定讞 美麗灣確定停工

爭議多年的美麗灣開發案，7月高等行政法院判定業者需停工，業者不服上訴最高行政法院，周五業者請律師確認判決，得到消息為停工定讞。

美麗灣副總經理朱膺州強調，目前並沒有退出開發案的打算，但員工每月200萬的開銷太大，不得不先做安排，已和員工溝通過，目前40位員工，將以資遣或轉介其他旗下企業工作。
