房屋內死過人？　美國網站告訴你

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】想知道這棟房屋是否是凶宅，美國這個網站DiedInHouse.com，輸入地址就能知道這棟房屋是否曾死過人，不過這個網站僅限美國境內用，而且需付11.99美元的費用。

網站創辦人康卓依(Roy Condrey)，因他的房客向他抱怨房子裡鬧鬼，啟發他架設這個網站，幫助民眾在租房或買二手房前，可以查看房子裡是否死過人，雖然美國法律規定屋主或房屋仲介，必須告知房客或買主，這棟房屋是否發生過兇殺案，不過非暴力死亡的事件，就不在規定範圍內，這個網站利用多種管道取得資訊，可以顯示在這棟房屋內發生的死亡史。

網站6月正式上線以來，收到數千筆詢問，其中以德州和加州詢問的民眾最多，不少房仲憂心這個網站會影響房價，不過康卓依表示對於相信有鬼的人來說，至少可以幫助他們住得安心。
