【施昂強／台北報導】今天早上8時許，台北市119接獲民眾報案，在淡水河畔的福安碼頭疑似有人在水上漂浮，警消趕往現場後發現是1具男性浮屍，已經沒有生命跡象，現場交由警方處理，死者身分還在調查中。
