東北季風增強 迎風面有雨

（中央社記者林紳旭台北20日電）中央氣象局表示，今天東北季風增強，水氣稍多，迎風面的東北部地區和基隆北海岸持續會有短暫雨。

氣象局說，下雨的區域也會多一些，台北、桃園、花蓮、台東地區也會有一些局部短暫雨，新竹、苗栗和中南部天氣仍比較穩定；平地大多為多雲到晴，山區則要注意午後的局部陣雨。

氣象局指出，各地低溫約攝氏21到23度，早晚偏涼，可適時添加衣物；白天高溫在迎風面的桃園以北和宜蘭、花蓮地區約26到27度，新竹以南及台東高溫約29到30度。

氣象局表示，東北季風影響下，沿海地區及各外島風較強、浪較大，民眾若要前往海邊活動應注意安全。1021020
