【胡治言／綜合報導】林美秀在國片《總舖師》中，動感唱跳《金罵沒ㄤ》掀熱潮，戲外卻連男友都沒有，10幾年缺乏愛情滋潤的她只談過2次戀愛，還都被劈腿。

林美秀接受《蘋果》訪問時表示：「我的母性堅強，所以我沒生小孩是對的，小孩和男友一樣寵，我喜歡帥哥又會寵人，把他們打扮美美的就跑了。」她挑男人眉角多，非帥哥不愛，還得比自己幼齒，對個性則沒什麼特別要求：「只要可以陪我講講話就好了。」

林美秀從舞台劇跨足電視劇、電影超過20年戲齡，是最稱職的綠葉。
