男情緒激動持刀自殘　警方壓制送醫

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆1名民眾今天下午2時許向警方報案表示，中正區平二路巷內有民眾在叫救命，警方前往了解發現是1名18歲涂姓男子因情緒不穩大聲喊叫，涂男還拿著長約30公分的水果刀割傷自己的右手手腕。

警員立即上前將涂男手上的水果刀奪下，再將他壓制在地，救護人員趕緊幫涂男清理傷口並包紮，接著涂男才在警方攙扶下順利送醫，至於涂男為何情緒不穩警方還在了解中。
