【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】受惠於市場樂觀看待美國國會將趕在明天大限前提高舉債上限，激勵美股3大指數早盤皆一度大漲逾1%，其中道瓊工業指數一度大漲逾200點，或1.3%至15371點。
