義大利減赤　擬出售歷史遺跡

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】義大利政府債台高築，計劃拍賣50個歷史古蹟，套現4.25億歐元解困。這是繼希臘被迫出售海島後，再有南歐國家為滅赤而出賣「國寶」。

為降低預算赤字，義大利政府全力推行滅赤措施，總理雷塔(Enrico Letta)除了推出10億歐元緊縮開支計劃後，還計畫變賣古蹟減債。前總理蒙蒂(Mario Monti)去年提出減債計劃，就建議出售350處國有物業。現屆政府發現部份計劃出售資產例如空軍基地等不適合出售，於是將原來350處大幅削減至50個歷史古蹟， 當中包括位於首都羅馬100公里外、有近千年歷史的中世紀「歐西尼古堡」（Orsini Castle），標價1500萬歐元、威尼斯東北面的帕盧迪聖賈科莫島（Island of San Giacomo）及米蘭附近建於18世紀的「米拉貝洛別墅」（Villa Mirabello）等。

義大利政府希望引入商業資金，活化古蹟，將古堡等變成酒店、餐廳及博物館，以吸引投資、刺激就業。
